Two Eighty Eight 2022 Baseball Predictions

Hey, look who remembered the password!

Welcome back to the Two Eighty Eight blog and welcome to our 2022 MLB predictions. My apologies for not posting in over (checks notes) 3 years. Talking into a mic with my friends or family is easy, but writing a column all by myself is nerve-racking. I set impossible standards when it comes to blogging and since I feel like I can't reach them, I don't even try.

But enough about my crippling imposter syndrone! Anthony, Daniel, and I have made our picks for MVP, Cy Young, Division/Wild Card winners and World Series champions down below. 6 months from now, we're going to have a 3-man pod to discuss how genuis/idiotic our picks are, but until then, ENJOY!

The Q and A Podcast 106: World Series Blues

On today's episode,  Anthony and DeQuiency discuss the Astros' World Series loss, A.J. Hinch's decision to not use Gerrit Cole in Game 7, Cole's locker room tirade, and much more. It's a sad podcast for we are sad boys.

The Q and A Podcast 105: Until Next Year!

Welcome to the last Q and A Podcast of 2018! On today's episode, Anthony and I talk about our Christmas experiences and why I now loathe Lego playsets.

Afterward, we discuss the Oscars and award shows in general. We pick out who we think would make the best Oscars host, the Kevin Hart non-apology-apology and ask is there anything the Academy can do to stop the sliding ratings?

Finally, we wrap up with some baseball talk. We re-predicting where Harper and Machado are heading, break down the huge Dodgers/Reds trade, and discuss MLB's new posting deal with Cuba.

The Q and A Podcast 104: Long Live the King

On today's episode, DeQuiency and Anthony start by discussing the CW's Elseworlds crossover. We hit on things that we liked (the fear gas fight in Arkham), what we had issues with (Ruby Rose's acting) and take guesses on what will happen on next year's crossover, Crisis On Infinite Earths.

We talk about the latest "Titan" trailer which promises a Robin vs Batman showdown which is.......let's be honest: no one in their right mind should be watching this show.

After that, Anthony gives us a mini review of the new Aquaman movie. Guys, please believe the hype. This might be the turning point that Warner Bros. and DC have been looking for.

Finally, we break down the Avengers: End Game trailer.
